Ok- bored at work, and reading some articles, i thought this one was really interesting - Body Fat Percentage. As I read, especially in women's case, people want them to be skinny with ample sized breasts, and that in itself is a contradiction, and promotion of silicone implants. Here is what one of the doctors had to say about it :
"Most experts say that men should be between 15 % -20 %, and women should be around 18 % -25 % body fat for good health. This is an especially important issue for women. For one thing, women seem to be more effected than men with anorexia. This is a very disturbing result of our society's obsession with physical attractiveness, (it is also strangely contradictory to our society's overweight problem. Go figure!). Seriously, women can encounter severe medical problems when they achieve a very low body fat percentage, including hormonal and menstrual problems, and of course the aforementioned anorexia. Not only that, but since breast tissue is largely fatty, where do you think the first place to be affected is ? It's kind of hypocritical, in my mind, to push exercise and nutrition and then enhance your boobs with silicone ! If a woman is willing to do that, then who is to say that she did not have liposuction to remove excess body fat? And if that is the case, then all of her exercise and nutrition advice is totally useless!!"

yeah that's what. i mean men want BiG Assests and women undergo surgery, implantation and what not.
while big assets may look attrative in the beginning, its the heart enclosed inside which matters...
slimness surely is another asset, but it does not apply to all ladies. some girls look more beautiful, healthy and sexy with chubby cheeks and round thick limbs.
IMO, regular workout to increase the stamina and reduce the excess fat for good health is enough. good food is also essential. no need to be tooooo critical about being lean and thin like some of those FTV models are.

As long as you're healthy and you're not eating just an apple a day, you needn't worry about sizes. You've got what you got, stop complaining...there's so many other things that are more important. I think women who go thru those kinds of surgeries are just plain stooooopid.
