Great musician Dibya Khaling passes away. He was a great person. Everyday, While at Gyanodoya Bal Batika, I along with hundrends of other Gyanodoyans had the pleasure to sing national anthems and school songs with Dibya. He was friends with Late Singer Naryan Gopal Shrestha. Together they created great songs of all time in Nepali History. I want to extend my heartfealt condolence to Dibya's family at this sad moment. May Dibya's sould rest in Peace.

divya sir was indeed a great person. being his student makes me feel proud. i'll always miss the man behind the harmonium in the assembly ground of GBBS tuning in ब्युझ सत्य र ज्ञानमा आज नै हे ज्ञानोदयका सन्तान..... May his soul rest in peace.

ani prand gara saraswati sanga hey gyanodaya ka santan ho, hey psychodreame, Thanks for reminding who dibya khaling is. i used to go to gyanodaya too, and i didn't know that this guy was dibya khaling, yeah it is so sad he passed away. may his soul rest in peace.

Dibya Khaling sir was a wonderful person. I had the honor to know him personally during my years at Gyanodaya. I remember being never picked for any of his singing teams, and for a good reason! He was a light hearted person and very well liked by everyone. I remember him passionately playing the harmonium and giving us the Ã¢â‚¬Å“sa re ga maÃ¢â‚¬Â lessons. That is when I learned the art of lip singing! May his soul rest in peace and may he be remembered not just for the songs he sang but for being a wonderful person that he was.
