Hi,
I wanted to know sth on the H1B processing. A US based company interviewed me here in Nepal and i got selected. I have submitted all my documents to them. I currently have a 4+ years of working experience in the field of softwares. My bach degree is a 3-year degree from India. The company has not asked for any sort of fees till now. What are the chances of me getting thru'? Please suggest me sth on this regard.........
Well u r lawyer should give u the list of info needed. Your co should pay all the fees. But be careful if it is Indian software consultancies. Be very careful to make any sort of monetary commitments.
Thanks highfly. So, apart from the fees all shud be fine, right?
Well dude hopefully yea. For any position there is a min requirement. Most of the time its a undergrad degree equal to US degree. You have a 3 yrs degree from India. But I think your experience should cover for another year. Your lawyer should recommend you the steps needed.
Otherwise rest should be straightforward.
All the best.
peace out
any idea as far as when the quota is ending for H-1b? June, July? anysite which shows status?
