Lol for the ending. Can you explain a bit more abt your story? It tries to reflect many things; The belief in superstitions obviously; Selfishness of a daughter (from her conversation with mother); Addressing poor man with bad accent with cheap copper ring; Amusing child.

Nice one sum off.... Funniest one is:- “Wait wait wait, it’s not what you think,” sensing an immediate threat, interrupted Pratik quickly, “Sir, my dad’s not giving you the finger. He’s just trying to get rid of that cheap ring from his middle finger. It’s not coming off; my dad’s got big fingers.” Happy Ending. I am laughing at my office. :-)>
