I have stopped using phone cards. Instead, I go to: - http://www.jajah.com/ I highly recommend it.

STI phone card is good these days. It says $5 will give you 1hour 10 minutes, but it gives about 50-55 minutes. www.stiphonecard.com

I normally buy from Cheapphonecards.com. They have a card name "Clean Card" or something near that name which is good to call KTM. I guess they give 13 cents per minute........
