Nepali Girls Vs. Nepali Guys

Since we all constatntly argue about Nepali girls not being HOT i.e.majority of girls having no tits and no ass(Guy View) and majority of Nepali dudes being short and NOT HOT(Gal View)...let's find a common point that we all can agree on i.e. both guys and girls...what defines HOT????
is it the Looks if so what sould an ideal girl/guy look like??
is it the dough?how much money should one's bank account hold??
is it the manners? what manners do we as nepali guy/girl should posses??
and finally what do you all look for in a girl/guy??
I would really get the answer to the fourth question from a female counterpart...
and lastly, a question to Nepalese in USA, do you guys think we really behave the way we behave when we see a person of the opposite sex..??

When i see a woman that is interesting for the first time, I get one out of those three feelings
1. Damn !!! that gurl is hott...i wish i could nail that b$&tch

If being tall and having a nice figure is the ONLY criteria for guys.....IM SO HAPPY. If nice boobs and butt is the criteria for girls- I'm still glad cuz I don't think there are women without boobs or butt!
Here's the thing with Nepalese girls- they have the same butt as white or hispanic women- they just dont wear tight pants to show it off!!!!!
