I think it is quite normal for teens at this age to behave like this. No matter which part of the world you go, it is quite universal that teens mimic styles which are conisdered cool or hip among friends.
Perhaps you should take a moment and go back in time - think about your teenage life.
I am sure these US born Nepali kids will also be making this kind of comment upon seeing their fellow Nepalese mimiking when they have passed their growing up phase.

The way you posted looks very degrading, I have very good spanics friends where I'm studying (college) and I don't see anything wrong the way the look, speak or dress.

Lol Rockon Gal that's a surprising thing to hear. I don't really think/see nepali guys trying to act like HISPANICS!!!! And never heard anyone making those kind of Beliefs either. We live in a society (US) where vaious clutures had melt very randomly. Sharing a thing or two from others don't mean you are trying to imitate the whole thing. And this thing is true universally. Humans adapt as good as any other creatures. Need I say more?

Everyone goes through that. There is nothing wrong with it. Different Fads for different generations. In the 70's its was the long hair with bell bottom pants and moustache. Its the 80's its was the spiked and multicolored hair, along with the mullets and their padded jackets and tapered pants. Then came the MC hammer look. Then the grunge rockers. Then the gangsta shit with NWA, Public Enemy to currently fitty cents, and the likes of em-and-em. I don't see anything wrong with it, its only a trend and will go away. NO NEED TO PANIC.
