Trump administration ends deportation protection for Venezuelan immigrants

She rescinded the 2023 designation but left the 2021 designation intact. Those registered under the 2021 designation can retain their status until October 2026, as stated in the memorandum. However, a decision on whether to extend or terminate must be made by February 4th. If not, they get 6 months automatic extension.
