After being in TPS for about 9 years I was finally able to get a green card just in time for Trump Inauguration. Don’t loose hope, find a sponsor and start your process.

@samay123 Could you share your Timeline and experience of the process? When did you start? 1. Labor certification process 2. PERM Process : I -140 3. I -485 & I -131 Timeline How long did it take? What was your VISA Interview process was? It would be beneficial for someone to get perspective.
