So you guys are so naive that if there's merit based you guys "Nepali" will get it? literally there are 100s of thousand Indian EB2 in waitlist. if they elimate the 7% cap per country. Nepali will take very long time to get GC by work in EB2 or EB3. Republican plan (if any) might help Indian people not Nepali.
