Hello Everyone,

My friend and I applied for TPS Re-Registration and EAD together. While I've received my approval and my EAD card is in production, my friend's application status hasn't changed yet (all documents have been submitted, with no pending items). We mailed our applications on the same day and received our receipt notices simultaneously. Is it common for one person's application to be approved before another's, even when both were submitted at the same time?

How long did it take for you to get the approvals? EAD and TPS both?

They received my applications on Nov 21st. EAD approved on Feb 24th, TPS approved on 26th. I’d say about 3 months.

Wow, very nice! Congratulations! I applied on same day, and still waiting for the case decision (ead+tos) in the same boat as your friend.

I have now received both by EAD and TPS. However, no status change for my friend.
