Hello friends
I have accrued 8 months of unlawful presence before applying Temporary protected status. I came here with 1 year visa in the year 2014. How risky is it to travel nepal and be back here with the travel document from TPS status?
Has anyone done this before. I also have been going to university in Omaha . Is that going to help? Please any idea ?

No risk. Why? I have seen many of my friends who has been living for years as UP, traveled 3 or 4 times to date without any issues.

It’s been 8 years and thousand have traveled on tps. it’s normal now.
