A lot of times we get into depression because we don't see a solution to the current situation we are in. But there is always. We must look for it, it will be tough but there will always be not one but multiple choices. Find your choices and pick the better option to resolve the situation to slowly get out of depression my friend.

In Ayurveda, disharmony in Dhatu is defined as roga (disease).
What is Dhatu? "Dhatte iti Dhatuh" meaning the inner components of the body that sustain it.
You might want to reconsider your lifestyle and incorporate a different regiments so that there is a harmony in your Dhatus. Exercise, yogic practice such as asana and pranayama, chanting a mantra you like for 30 min. everyday, eating wholesome food, avoiding smoking/drinking will slowly improve your Dhatus and will remove depression from your mind.
