There is this recent God like women famous in Nepal who is supposed to increase the chances of getting visa by touching your passport.
The crowd of Nepalese standing outside the her house is insane.

In one side American Embassy has been troubling Nepali citizen by rejecting visa while on other side people are worshiping her with their passport.

Khai k bhanney...

xkavre,
So what are you intending to do in Nepal now? Anything specific?
Forget about what other people are doing. There are far better interesting things to do than worrying about America and its immigration policies.

I am working in educational consultancy these days where we encountered every type of student rich and poor for poor we make fake bank balance certificate so these Nepali student get there proof of funding in there I20 using simply photoshop. I have encounter both type of person one who recived and one who gets rejected. I got my student visa rejected before i got my visitor visa accepted. So more or less i have empathy over the rejected people more than overconfident visa accepted people.

Again, I am waiting for the date for converting visa to f1 or else appling for my master for some other countries.
Caught in this vicious circle of American visa system. I encounter so many Nepali student everyday with different cases i swear it would be interesting movie if we capture there all experience with visa system.

Let me tell you Nepali are crying to go abroad at this point of time. Things are changing drastically. I have seen loksewa adikrit and Doctor recruited in Bir Hospital by Nepal government applying for abroad. This is the pick period to advocate flexibility for Visa system. The visa acceptance for Nepali is lower than Indian and China. There is infact no data of how many rejection happens here.

Cut the crap bro! You think people will buy this?

The people at American embassy are so dumb they cannot figure out the photoshopped bank statements? Really?

....i got my student visa rejected before i got my visitor visa accepted. So more or less i have empathy over the rejected people more than overconfident visa accepted people.
Something is burning!!

Again, I am waiting for the date for converting visa to f1 or else appling for my master for some other countries.
This one is a good idea than harping the same monotonous tune again and again. Keep it up!

Caught in this vicious circle of American visa system.
That's how it is over here. You are not the first one nor will you be the last one either.

it would be interesting movie if we capture there all experience with visa system.
Sounds like a good plot yeah! Who is putting his money on it now?

I have seen loksewa adikrit and Doctor recruited in Bir Hospital by Nepal government applying for abroad.
I have seen it too. This is the plight of our country. yes! Looks like the whole MBBS grads are here every other year, well.

The visa acceptance for Nepali is lower than Indian and China.
We are a small country in front of these two giants. May be percentage wise it is same among all three, but in numbers not really.  Like10% acceptance rate in Nepal and 10% in India are different in numbers but hey percentage wise it is the same, right? Do not forget the size of population in each of these countries, please!

There is infact no data of how many rejection happens here. What we can do?
Looks like you just found the new job. Why don't you keep track of all people who were rejected in every month. There you go.

Complain about the fairness of a 2-3 minutes visa interview that a Nepali had to to go through to your congress person or senator or mayor.
Complaining will not help. It is what it is. You need to stop all this sulking, man! Stop being so sissy!!

I am kind a busy right now but you seems to be unaware since 2015 American Embassy Nepal stopped going through bank balance document. They have mentioned as not necessary documents. We all know even the so called genuine bank document can be loaded with borrowed money and create original documents infact there are two types of these documents. One kind of documents which can be created by borrowed money most consultancy has people working on there behalf that deposit and another types of documents can be made ditto copy.

P.S: Bank balance certificate ( not bank statement) are often used only for admission process during the process of getting I20 not in visa interview.

P.P.S Just incase lets assume American Embassy found out those bank balance were fake so you think they are going to call to the bank for its verification. Every one knows major Nepalese submits those documents during the admission proces this including the visa officer.

There is an article regarding the information in TKP just for your verification on bank balance and American embassy. I will reply each of your answer prolly once i get some time.

Ohh i forgot we infact get alot of  request from Nepali student living in USA to send scan copy of of those Bank certificate required transferring college from University to colleges or vice versa under the (Name)sponsorship of there father.

Okay, I do know about American Embassy currently not requiring the bank statement like in those days. Earlier, I agree students were borrowing money to pad the bank balance just for visa interviews. So you were talking about bank balance certificate for schools to get the I-20 out of them. I apologize for my misunderstanding there.
I ain't sure if the American Embassy would take any action other than rejecting your visa application on possible case of forged documents. They may make it harder for you to apply for any kind of visas to US in future, that's for sure. But yes, they may not get you arrested for that. I have not heard about them holding anybody accountable for any fake bank balance so far but I have heard cases where they have found about students presenting some fake educational certificates. Then you can imagine what consequences those applicants must have faced.
I still cannot understand till today, when you sound like a sane person but why were you making all that commotion like a 5 year old kid who was ready to burn the American flag in front of the Embassy in Nepal last year when you did not get the visa. And then you got the visa finally and came to US and returned, but you still have so many grudges against America and American Embassy. Dude! Move on.
P.S. And yes, I would like to know about that article on TKP regarding the verification of bank balance and Embassy. Please do forward the link, Sir.

I think i said average student don't tag me on those poor student. I already have two brother in USA both of them are US citizen, one is working as professor and other work as lawyer. i really don't have to fear even burning American flag infront of American Embassy Nepal. Despite this on my fourth visa i had to do so much just to get visa interview date around pandemic. Even burning flag with "We stand with Ukraine" banner would be lesser. At the end when i was given given green paper with passport.

I didn't like the swag of three other officer who rejected my visa. Infact I had to go pay someone to meet some politician wife to book my appointment and get my visa. The problem here is if I had not met that politician I was about to be rejected yet again.

That officier was directly saying something like if you didn't came through xyz i would have rejected your application because as per him i was too young to get my visa approved. In small voice...

We are also the family have a good background and enough money. Both of my mom and dad already have visa with multiple entry on there passport. Not taking pride of it as nepali does but even if American embassy banned me i really don't have worry bruh. I have enough money to chill without even doing anything for whole life. But lets say my weaknesses i still value money and have been working in an educational consultancy and take my time to piss over amount i paid and have to return empty hand. American Embassy is one of them.

I care about other Nepali student unlike some pseudo nationalist opportunistic mf nepali living in USA who keeps asking for TPS extension forgetting they are
the one hampering some other dude chances to get visa.
