Looking for female roommate

$600 each at ~74st roosevelt next to Patel. I was once requested and became a male roommate to a female roommate to make use of the extra space she had and it worked. We are still good friends to this day. The opposite gender requesting probably don’t work, but throwing an idea out there. I am 30 working professional in engineering background, a decent person nothing more nothing less. I expect the same.

I will still appreciate the audacity of B07. He put it out as it is. Come on, we ourselves cannot be that candid a lot of times. But it's the "other people" among us, who find problems with the intention of his statement. The guy is in 30s, working professional in engineering background, I would not suspect some other ulterior motives here, but then how forthcoming the ladies are, that I may not know.

But this is America, girls pretty much know how to safeguard themselves well, right?
