Looking for genuine suggestion

I have a quick question about the change of status. I am in F-1 Status and if I do a court marriage with a TPS holder? Can I apply with USCIS and get a change of my status? Will my status change with his status? Would I get Work Authorization | TPS status?

FYI: I was not here before 2016.
Let me know what your opinions or experience are.

Tps itself is 'not an status ' so what adjustment are you expecting marrying with a non status person? Instead he is likely to get f2 if he marries you ,so forget about ead .

It's better to get married a dv holder or citizen for status purpose.

Thats a NO NO . Marrying TPS holder will not give you any status as of yet . You will just become a wife of TPS holder .
The best option would be to send your husband back to nepal in advance parole and apply for asylum asap after he cones back . That way he can put you as a derivative … Nepal’ s condition is the same and will never improve like balen shah stated in-his Facebook profile today.
I know very few Nepalese who has acquired work authorization plus advance parole as asylee pending . If you have been here for more than 2 yrs are eligible to apply for advance parole as derivarive. Hope this helps .
FYI tps status of ur husband will remain as it is.

The reason he is not filling out Asylum is that his company is filling out a green card on the basis of TPS. So there is no point filling a different route to get a green card with asylum. As this move might hamper and see desperation than merit basis move going through the EB2 | EB3 process. Is there a way I could apply for a TPS EAD card that will allow me to work based on his TPS status? Can't a wife of a TPS holder get a work permit?

I am not just marrying for status purposes but if I am crossing that path and looking out for legality what are my option?

Any other form of legality way that we both could stay in the same status? He can be here until Jun 2024 but my EAD is about to end without extension so what is my best option to remain longer without joining the school?

If you dont want to go to school consider appliying o1 if you have good academics , l1 if you know desi transfer companies or h2b non agricultural worker .
