Starting to eat healthier, but I am struggling. I LOVE food. I struggled with eating disorders when I was younger and I made a point to eat food I enjoy once I started healing. For the most part, I’m doing great. But the moment I see any junk or food around me it kills me. I always want something sweet/ I just go crazy and eat a ton of sweets and chocolate. I tried yogurt and granola, but it still isn’t quite what I’m wanting. Right now, I eat something like roasted garbanzo when I feel like chewing something. I also bought two jars of Nutella which are just in my kitchen. Any ideas or tips for stuff to try so that I’m not ending every day eating a ton of sweets?
I also cannot stop drinking free beer/wine when I see them but it's only free beer/wine.
Wegovy is the only option for people like you.
How it works ? Well it kills the cravings for all junk , basically you feel full all time n have no appetite . Lose weight significantly n save money on junk as well
