How to get quicker Visa application date for B1/B2 Tourism visa from Nepal?

Namaste,
Looking to get an interview date for tourist visa (B1/B2) from Nepal. Currently the first available date shows around March 2023.
Do any of you have knowledge on if there's a way to request a earlier date?

Any help would be appreciated.

you can call and ask if you have valid reasons like health check up, meeting some ill person, etc etc . we migrated us last year but not on b1 b2 visa at that time there was very limited interview slots . we called and email embassy and requested for early appointment and our excuse was my wife work schedule . since she was scheduled to work on healthcare facility, interview and visa was granted .

Talking about healthy sex life has never been an issue to me, but with your case, log on, you giving updates about your unfulfilled fantasies about your 'sali's ass' in a rather distasteful way is just doing disservice in some other level. It has not been about sex but has been about your lecherous journey to your lust that knows no stopping.
