How to download Notice of Action form

I believe Notice of Action is for some petition that you filed thru USCIS. If that is the case then you should have a receipt number. If you have that then you need to create a USCIS account and then add that petition to your account. Any documents that USCIS sends to you will be available online on your account. Hope it helps!

With all the kind feeling towards Ketofarar and appreciating his urge to help people with the problems facing them, I am writing some two cents of mine. I do not think you can download NOA forms like that, can we?

Well in all my transactions with USCIS for so many cases, petition for immigration/ adoption/ visas/ AOS/ Naturalization/ and what not, I never came anything like this that you can download the NOA forms like that. If the system has changed now, maybe I need to broaden my horizon. Please other people do chime in if need be.

I understand, sometimes you need that form to substantiate the confirmation of some step in the road to immigration. Well if the form is lost or was never received, then one thing that can be done is enter the case number in USCIS page and print out the result that most probably would say that they sent bla bla form on this date and they are moving on to next step. That print out may work in place of the missing NOA form here, I guess. I recall doing something like that too to just corroborate my status to people concerned.

No Benne bro, i have too many dealings with USCIS. When was the last time you filed anything with USCIS? IDK when they started it exactly but for one of my petitions that i filed in 2021, i can download the document that they sent me. Also, customer service told nepali_boy12345 it could be dwnloaded online so they must be referring to this. It would only work if you know ur case number. Which means if the document Our boy is waiting for is the initial receipt notice then its not possible.
