TPS Holder with travel document
Can TPS holder with travel document visit countries besides Nepal? I am planning to visit UK & Canada for vacation. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

मुखलाइ माड छैन पीदलाइ घ्यु भन्ने उखान जस्तो हुन्छ TPS मा विदेशको vacation , पैला इम्मिग्रेशन status ठिक गरेर मात्र recreation गर्दा चित्त सान्ति होला जस्तो लाग्छ । दशैंको छेकोमा डीपोर्ट गर्दियो भने त नमज्जा हुन्छ । vacation को फोटो share गर्न नपाई नेपाल पठायो भने त नाम्मजा हुन्छ ब्यतिगत विचार /
Having said that, unless u have some other forms of status like F1, H1, ur chances of getting a visa to canada and uk is zero.

There are more than 20 senators who says will not vote if they don’t attach immigration reform in this reconciliation package. My 7th sense still says some kind of door will definately open to all hard working immigrants who have risk their life to save millions of Americans during pandemic. Do ya’ll think immigrants will let go this once in a life time opportunity amnesty thing ??

when you fill the form there is the list where you have to enter countries you are planning to visit and you can put other countries name

Username too early to be disappointed . At the ends they will include DACA tps and some farm workers . Mark it .

the i131 says, " If you are applying for a non-DACA related Advance Parole Document, skip to Part 7; DACA recipients must complete Part 4 before skipping to Part 7.

Looks like this info is required only for DACA candidates, what are your thoughts ? Should tps people also fill this ?
Divine gal first of all I am confused whether you are DACA or tps holder . If u are tps holder than skip that part 7 .You can visit any country with advance parole . There will be no risk traveling with AP. If u want multiple entry mention them that u will be traveling more than 1 country . The date doesn’t have to be exact .
Please note you have to re enter the country before the expiration of the AP.
