TPS questions

A. Have you been granted TPS based on being from one of these countries: El Salvador, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Yemen?

Yes - Go to Question B

No - STOP

B: Have you been physically present for at least three years?

Yes- Go to Question C

No- STOP

C: Did you have TPS on January 1, 2017, or were you eligible for TPS but failed to register timely for TPS on January 1, 2017?

Yes- Go to Question D

No-STOP

D: Have you engaged in any conduct since January 1, 2017, that would render you ineligible for TPS?

Yes- Talk to your attorney

No- Good Luck!!! Green Card on the way!

What about my tps notice date is 12/27/2016 but my tps was valid from 4/4/2017- 06/24/2018 . Since then I have tps on hand .

Hey buddy cool down .. the bill says the countries who were designated tps after 2017/1/1/ will not be eligible . U are totally fine .

Adjustment cost $1,140 for I-485 form and biometric cost $85

Your medical exam may cost $150 to $200, it depends on the immigration doctor's office near you.

So roughly you might be spending, $ 2,854, but it is worth it, you'll get a green card.

Hanuman .. what I think is beneficiaries who Entered without inspection will have to to file waiver to file I-485 . Just predicting . Guys check me out for prediction Nepali guru in tiktok . That’s me .
