Should we also try to raise awareness in the US by contacting independent channels like The Young Turk and OpEdNews? I just wrote to both of them today about the MCC designs in Nepal for another war the US is preparing against China to benefit the MIC. If more Nepalese started writing to independent media, maybe there could be pressure in the US too to foil this evil design upon our gullible nation. We need to make the American media aware of this situation here and build up pressure out there too.

Gullible nation, really? Nepal is a proud nation. It is very proud of its history, culture and geography. Gurkhas are the fiercest fighter in the world, and had an impact in maintaining world peace. We saw their valuable contribution to the world peace as recently as in Afghanistan. I don't know why do you think brave and proud Nepali people won't be able to handle MCC or for that matter the US by themselves?

Didn't you notice the US left the Afghanistan hiding its tail behind after 20 years of war? You don't believe that brave gorkhalis will be able to chase the US soldiers out of Nepal if the US ever tried to send its troops to there?

@harkhe7: I don't know what brave gurkhas you are talking about. They may have existed in past , but certainly not in present. When I returned from US to Nepal and lived there 6 years, all I saw was phony, corrupt, thugs, jholey, dalals, bootlicker everywhere. Finding a honest person was like finding a needle in haystack in Nepal. I saw people selling fake hand sanitizer, masks, medicine, water bottle etc so they could make some money, but had no regard for the consequences fellow countrymen may face as a result. Even the Nepal army is completely hollow within itself due to widespread corruption.
When peoples' soul is long died you can easily buy them by just throwing some bones ($). So, brave gurkhas exists as a slogan, but in reality it is just a myth, at least in my observation and experience. I find people living outside Nepal to be more patriotic toward Nepal than one living inside. I will conclude saying I live in reality and I am aware of the saying phul ko aakha ma phulai sansara.
