आजको भिडियोमा मैले फापरको रोटी बनाउँदै छु । यसरी बनाएको रोटी खादा पनि निकै स्वादिष्ट हुन्छ अनि स्वास्थवर्धक पनि हुन्छ । आधुनिकताको नाममा बजारमा पाइने प्रोसेस गरि प्याकेज गरिएका खाना र खाजाहरू भन्दा यसरी बनाइएका हाम्रा मौलिक परिकारहरू धेरै स्वास्थ्यवर्धक र पोषिला छन । यहाँहरूलाई यो परिकार मन परे लाइक र सेयर गर्न अनुरोध छ ।
