Does anyone know what are the chances of TPS extension for Nepal beyond March 2020? How will the new election effect it?

Even if the court decision denied It will go at least 2 years. Let’s hope for the best. Due to election both demo and rep parties wants to secure a vote so they will favor for the TPS beneficiary. This is just my assumption.

@samjhana1990, how are you so certain about 2 years? The case is hanging on the 9th circuit and the decision can come any day.
