केटा बिदेश हुँदा श्रीमतीले अर्को केटासग रङेहात भेटउदा नेपालको कानुन अनुसार के कारबाही हुन्छ ?
केटाले सम्बन्ध ५ बर्स देखी हो भने छ प्रहरिलाई! पीडितले के गर्दा राम्रो होला ? सुझाव पाउ हजुर !
कनुनी कारबाही गरदा होला कि प्रहरी केस गर्दा होला ?
karbahi kehi hunna. praman cha bhane straight divorce huncha. angsha paunna. chora chori chan bhane bau ley palnu parcha ( wa jo kamaune chha ), keta/keti bidesh ma huda nepal ma kunai pachye lay bihe garyo bhane sidhai bahu biaha lagcha 5 barsa jail. bihe gareko chaina tara sambandha matra kaheko cha bhane jail janu pardaina tara divorce huncha ( pramanit hunu parcha ) straight forward chha angsha paunna
naya muluki ain lastai kada ra pratical cha..purano muluki ain ley keti lai purai liverage deko thiyo . divorce ma ni keti ko upperhand thiyo plus angsha ni dinu parne aile so prabdhan china but u have to prove in court that c betrayed

sambandha rakhdai ma kehi hunna. sarbajanik mudda samma lagna sakcha. tara keta ley chayo bhane straight divorce dina sakcha without giving angsha and marry another girl .. jail jana lai chai second marriage nai garnu parcha. aba logne bira huda hudai natho khalayera hidne bifaley aimai lai sidai divorce dine ani arki laune.. teslai jail bhanda thulo sajaye tei ho. yo case ma tyo sambanda rakhne ailai purai fasche..yeta bata afno logney ley angsha nadiyi divorce dina sakcha arko tira jun natho sanga samparka gari yo sanga ni bihey garna paunna ( since that gy is already married ).. bachha kasley rakhne bhanna aadhikar chai solely aamali nai huncha

Bidesh bata Divorce file garne process k ho?
Do you have an evidences saying she had an affair? If so you could directly file divorces. Those are few grounds that would ease you to file the divorce. If you are a citizen of the US or GC , then US court has jurisdiction on you. I see you have a straight forward case in Nepal’s court. Get a Viber- Skype, call directly to a lawyer in Nepal. Don’t consult on, Sajha Forum; half of time people got no clue about the cases and specific scenario. If you have caught your wife red- handed, having sex with someone then you have the upper hand, divorce should be on your favor. It’s done deal with out any property division.
According to old comments in sajha , this kind of things happened to many people who had/has left there spouses at home. Also there are sexual predators (fox ) who targets vulnerable spouses who had just started enjoying there mature life ( sex) for short period of time where the desire were in optimal / high peak.
It’s nature as well. Awaiting socks and torches.
Other side of the story is many people who went foreign countries had transferred STD to there wife as they come home.
