EAD taking more than 90 days

Hello sajhabasi,

My adjustment along with EAD and advanced parole was filed on Dec 20, 2018 on EB3 category. Case is at National Benefit Center. Biometrics was done on Jan 30. I still have not received my EAD and my current EAD is expiring mid next month. Anyone in the same boat or any suggestions to have my EAD before my current one expires?? Thank you in advance!!!

I have seen cases where it has been pending since Oct/Nov. My case was filed in Feb 1. I needed ead so I contacted my congress man and they contacted uscis to expedite my case. Received ead last week ( 3 weeks after contacting congressman). Since you filed in dec, i would guess june end or july is the earliest you will get with normal processing.

I filed 485 and EAD on early November 2018. I received my EAD last month. I think you will receive it in next month.
it has been six months total of filing , and three months to NBC before that my case was in Texas. Waiting for interview date but no sign shows, is anyone has more info, would love to hear your experience.

rameshsubedi- Do you mind sharing/messaging me your case #. I just wanted to compare with yours.My case number is MSC19904520** and shows Fingerprint Review was completed on Jan 31.
Also, have not heard anything about interview.

Processing EAD and i 485 these days is slow dude, not only for you . i believe for everyday. Your fignerprint was on Jan 30, mine was completed on Dec 4. I filled 585 and EAD on 1st week of November 2018. Case was transsfered to St Loiuis , national benefit center at the end of Jan2019. No update then. Just waiting and waiting.

I filed on october 26 still no update. If you have filed to NBC they are working on cases filed on October 13.
If you had filed in some other uscis service center than would be sooner, but if NBC then you might need to hold for couple more months.

Thank you for nepali786. As per your advice, I reached out to my congressman office. Congressman office requested an update and helped to expedite my case. I received my Combo card (EAD+AP) over the weekend. (Received EAD in 10 days after contacting congressman office). Thanks again!
