what will be the best investment options for 70000 dollar?
1. buy a 1-2 ropani land around godawari side in Lalitpur ; little far from city area .
2. buy a house here in usa for living purpose
3. buy a cheap house and put in rent or sell
4. buy a grocery store in partnership ; I can't work since I have a full time job.
plz share the experiences / suggestions thanks.
