Guys do not get fool with this scam...

1. He is from India, no office as such in USA nor any contact information from USA.
2. Communicates from whatsapp and gmail instead of a business email and phone number. A big flag. On the one hand claims that he can give loan up to $900,000,000, on the other hand, communicated with whatsapp and gmail... it is a big flag...
3. Loan without any Collateral... so basically he is trying to trap you... how can a person from India provide you a loan without any Collateral. Complete fake.
4. Basically a new scam from Indians who know that it is a tax return time. So i am pretty confident, once you provide the information he asks, then, he will ask you money to process the loan... and once you send that money from western union or such medium.. he will disappear...

BEWARE guys!!!!

Do not send any of your information... it is complete scam which will just invite you trouble.

One such Indian has tagged the whole Indian Community as scammers in US and abroad. Shane on these people degrading their own identity just like some racist Nepalese.

Ok, Need suggestion here!!
My landlord is asking for some money abt $20K loans. And he is willing to put his house as a collateral which have a value of abt $50K. And also willing to give me interest about 20% and also promised me to give my interest monthly on the loan amount . Which seems to be a great deal to me.

Now the problem is , I don't know where to start the procedure from so that if he cannot pay the amount on the time as he promised , I could go a head and hold on to his property legally.

If anyone have any idea on this situation or may be if someone can referred me to someone who know better on this situation, Please share or PM me .

I am willing to pay appropriate fees if needed!!

Thx.
