Any one traveling to nepal with TPS/TP or know any one that has ? I'm in very much confusion about what to do.
Any suggestions or ideas or experiences would be much appreciated

It is hard to provide any firm answer, there is no definite answer as to 'Yes' , or 'No'. You have to trust your instinct and decide for yourself. Is there is a risk ? Absolutely. . Does it mean
one should not utilize his or her AP ? No. In another thread i read that "if you have been charged with crime you should not go". That is correct, however in the state like Texas you could have class A misdemeanor with deferred adjudication. Meaning the case was dismissed
but it will indicate an arrest. So there are so many variables, but for peace of your mind this site may be helpful to you as much as it is to me. Hope this helps.
