Bandita Sharma Dahal, Binod Rokka, Khagendra GC, Narayan Bhatt or any Nepali lawyer should be fine as they knew about the TPS better than others.

TPS Late Initial Filing meaning you did not filed for the last very first time and you want to file for the very first time after the extension? If so I am also looking for the same.Do we really need to get with the attorney for this, just wondering.?

we don't need to have attorney it's optional. I travelled outside of the US for few week so I want to consult with attorney how I can apply for late initial filing.
