DHOG TO ALL SENIORS WHO HAVE BEEN LIVING IN US&A FOR LONG LONG YEARS. CAN ANYONE ADVICE ME IF IT'S POSSIBLE TO REGAIN F1 STATUS AFTER RUNNING AWAY FROM UNIVERSITY WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION TO ANOTHER STATE. AFTER TRUMP PRESIDENCY, IT SEEMS TO REMAIN OUT OF STATUS IS JUST TO COUNT THE DAYS TILL DEPORTATION.

long years!!! If so, no chance of getting F1 status or any other nonimmigrant status. Did u apply for TPS last time?

If you were present during the initial designation, go ahead and register for tps. If you came later, get married to a citizen, hopefully one with a good credit.

I agree with maxpayne register for TPS, if you are eligible...if its really hard for you to get all the information regarding TPS you can find here all thread related to TPS and you can get always help form lawyer/Nepalese Lawyer. Once, TPS approved you can go back to college and find better job too.
