I am having hard time getting motivated at work. I feel like there is nothing to look forward to.
I have been trying to move to a different company but has not been successful so far. I don't feel
like working here. What should I do? Serious suggestions please.
Standard solution:
Start working out and get a new hobby. This usually gives you enough to look forward to in your day, especially if you get into working out and fitness.
If not, try ADHD medication which will help you focus over time, your brain rewires itself and you start focusing on your own.
This Fashion will make you motivated.
i agree ...i have days like those too ..which usually means your work life balance is wack.
try taking vaccation and spend time with your family or go see places.
Aslo sleep well , eat well and maintain a healthy life. Keep dal bhat to 1 meal a day ..too much carbs maks you lazy and sleepy.
Start a hobby for your favourite outdoor sport. You dont have to be good ..but do it and learn it ..something new to look forward to will give you better motivation.
Working out is also an awesme stress reliever ...If you do decide to work out ,,make a plan and achieve that plan.
For me vaccation reboots my motivation level.
