Full time job consultancy

i have a friend who is working full time in IT field for 6 7 years. Now he wants to change the company and look for another full time job with better salary.However he is unsuccessful in getting any interviews.
Is there any consultancy in the dfw area which helps to find a full time job for my friend? He has a gc.

I know the reason why your friend is not getting any interviews. No one is going to come to his door , knock the door and hand him full time job. He can not even take initiative of posting his job requirement and ask his friend to post for him how would he actually get a fulltime job.

Tell your friend to be pro active instead of asking others to ask others to help him.

My friend doesnt use sajha. And he doesnt know that iam asking for suggestions here. Was just trying to help him man. Chill

It looks like Naman (You) and your friend is on a same boat my friend.
There is nothing wrong on saying I am looking for. What is your friend area of expertise. I am guessing Java ( i could be wrong) . I think best way you can help him is to suggest him using sajha so he can explore his options by himself , interact with more people who has similar expertise . You are too good to be a friend to help him explain what happens behind the scene and walk him through.

Dont take me wrong bro but I am just saying what i felt. No hard feelings here.

Why do you care if its me or my friend or Anyone for that matter. Question is do you want to answer/ know anything about the problem discussed here.if yes, please help and if not scroll to another post. Simple as that.
