I started a thread thinking this site is to help nepali community ? But looking at all irrelevant comments I felt sad how nepali help each other?
@atomic - garo ta nahunu parne ho but java ma ali garo rahecha without experience or references. I don't want to waste my time thats why trying every possible ways.

@sojo keti: Consultancy ko route is not a bad idea but paila nai proxy khojnu bhanda try to get some training first and try to crack interviews on your own. Learn more and more. The more you learn, the easier it will be to crack interviews. Paila ali dar lagch, garna sakdaina lagcha. jati derai interview dyo, teti derai confidence pani badhcha and afule interview dera kam payo bhane kam ma dar pani hudaina. I hav heard many cases where people get fired on the very first day after they found out they had proxy interview. Proxy is not a good idea.
wher r u located? Try moving to bigger cities if you havent already. Entry level job khojda nai green chha timro. F1/H1 bhanda ta u r in better position.
College ma internship khojena? Networking pani badhau. sathi haru sanga sodha kati thau haru ma entry level magirako huncha but internal employe lai pahile nai thah huncha.
Suggestion: If you are going to IT field, fix your attitude. You sound like one of those pretentious ones. Mero wife pani testai thyo chadai risaune, sano kura ma niu khojne, ani suggestion dida sundai nasunne. She used to say "flirt garera kaam ko take care garchu ni" but she got fired from 4 jobs because of her attitude. usually kt haru sochcha flirt garera or chillo ghasera kam banaihalchu but sabai thau ma lagu nahuna sak6.

Thank you sabai jana ko suggestion lai.....malai ni afai kaam khojna mann cha but just want to remind here everyone this is not the only option I am looking.....I am just checking because I met couple of indian girls who knows someone inside and they got interview......interview ta ma afai dine ho tara reference bhaye easy hune ho......
@Mohanpoudal - Sorry if you don't like anything about what I responded. But do you think what sojho_keta wrote is good? I am not here to discuss about what sajha ID I need to have? And I will completely ignore him from now on. But honestly speaking if there is no fake ways I would have found something. Ma yeuta american consulting ni gayeko thiye but she is saying without experience aru ma kaam pauna sajilo cha but Java ma garo cha unless you can do their challenge test. challenge test dina ni interview ta schedule hunu paryo ni ? But still thank you for your suggestion.
I would strongly suggest to go for Grad school (assuming you have UG degree) or go through some intensive training program like Coding school. Its not the easiest route, but eventually you will feel good about yourself in the long run.
Consultancy route sounds waiyat in your case.
Networking, and enhancing skills through certifications might help.

if this helps... was in the same boat year ago... joined consultancy and started learning(in OPT), in the meantime kept applying for entry jobs at as many places i could find...almost 15-20 a day.. got one interview.. passed it.. got job.. told consultancy i was going back to college and left :)
Also, Have good understanding of data structures and algorithms .. keep learning and applying for jobs.. don't know where you are but DC metro area has lots of jobs for developer.. Since you already have a greencard, might take some time but don't give up. Keep trying...
btw i am still waiting for someone to tell me the full form of JAVA... :P
Sojho_keti - Apply to as many places as you can. I'm sure you will get one soon. Meantime, it doesn't hurt to check out the consultancies. There are some around DC Metro area. I know one which is in McLean, VA.
As far as I know JAVA doesn't consists of any abbreviation. If you really wanna make one then lets say "JAVA stands for Just Another Virtual Accelerator" (Archer - happy?).

and ofc i know that JAVA doesn't have an abbreviation. I was just asking sojho_keto since he was so condescending asking if sojho_keti knew the full form of JAVA.
There are so many wrong things about this post by Sojho_Keti that I couldn't help commenting.
- Keti ko lagi female consultancy. Why do you have to refer keti ko lagi? Should there be special consultancies or jobs just for female? Oh C'mon!
- Proxy for Java. If you need proxy to give interview for Java developers, it is not for you. Stop faking it, otherwise you'll regret it down the line.
- Greencard cha. - Seriously?
I think if you'd have rephrased your post, you'd have got some good replies. I can see some good suggestions anyway. You might want to start as QA/ BA or SQL developer to start up with. Get some professional idea and see where you feel comfortable with. I'm sure greencard will be a plus for you then. Good luck!
