Anuji I wish I could say that I am honored to be mentioned by you, the daughter of our great president or politician in particular but unfortunately our so called leader have let us down again and again. So I don't take that pride. And my point was not to denounce you in any manner. My only wish was that we wish we could have known you as Anu Yadav before we knew you as the daughter of the president . So please do great work for the country and the fame will follow you like you never seen before. Thank you & good luck with future endeavors!!

Yes I would absolutely love to walk with you but I am not going to walk on streets finely paved Kathmandu streets nor I would like to walk with you to Hyatt for yoga seminar where rich people are there to shed some pounds gained from corrupt govt money. Rather I would like to walk with you to the rugged road of Dolkha or "dehaat" of the Spatari where people have no clue about your yoga but they are worried about how they are going to get the next warm meal?
What did Anu say? Why do so many of us have problems with what she says. All she is saying is lets get united both madesh and pahad and be Nepalis. what is wrong with that?
I think deep down we Nepali are racist and male chauvinist and the sad part is we don't even realize that we are being one because we have not seen the fairness while we were growing up. So we automatically react to based on the society that was 15-20 years ago, you know girls couldn't talk loud, laugh loud, would rather look down and walk away even if someone insulted her in the streets. Ok agreed, miss Anu is not the most talented and educated Nepali women, but she's definitely one of them who is coming forward to do something for the poor. If it was a white lady doing the same thing, we would be crying our tears and asking god to bless her. If it was a Nepali male doing it, we would be proud , but we can't seem to digest a Nepali women from medeshi origin to have an opinion of her own? Ok she's the daughter of ex president but should that stop her from what she is doing for the poor and under marginalized? Look deep down into your soul, forget the orthodox teaching you received form the society while you were growing up how girls should act and react, and how madeshis should behave in Nepal, then ask yourself are you being hypocrite? most of us are immigrants in the US or other countries.

You have removed the veil of ethnicism that many on the both sides see through.
We need non-madhesis and madhesis to group together and ask for Madhesi rights that are reasonable, that see somewhere in between. No more separatism, no more ethnic states - no more under representation, no more oppression.
Question, have you reached out to Madhesi groups and tried to bring them to consensus for fair demands, demands that won't break our country? Curious to know what your conversation with them have been like.

its not fight about dhoti and topi like she is writing about, it is the fight for
voters counting to go in the power among leaders, public do not give a damn about division of state, naming of states, they care about their jobs and basic needs,school of their children, health , security
do you think our leaders are worried about developing country, such as roads, schools, hospitals hell no they are worried about how to get more vote counts for next election to go in power which is the main issue everybody fighting right now, do leaders count how many dead bodies coming everyday from Arab countries, hell no they counts how much commission they received in their bank account sending one Nepali in Arab countries and they fight for that commission.

My conclusion is one brother in pahad is not fighting with another brother in Madesh , chor, phata, corrupted and greedy leaders are doing politics over public who are going school for education, seeking jobs for every day life and forced to go desert countries for only survival with human basic needs.
