You can see the news the eastern Nepal boarder Kakarvitta is opened today. Looks like Mamta is going against the Central Govt. of India. Yesterday NAC airliftted fuel directly from Calcutta today the boarder was open. India doesn't realize this is 2015 and not 1989-90 where Cold War was going on.
