i got an appointment for the biometrics but i do not have my passport.
it's in the process for MRP. what should i do?
Get a letter from consulate explaining your situation regarding MRP.
Also call Biometric people or USCIS before hand to see what they have to say.
You dont need passport for biometrics. Take the appointment letter and driver license or state id.
The problem is even I don't have valid drivers license
Well, that's definitely a problem then. You will need some form of identification with your photo. Do you have any other form of ID with photo?
@miracel-happen
It is required for identification purposes to validate that you are the person for whom the fingerprint work has to be done. Take the following and see if they accept.
1. Appointment Letter-
2. Expired/ Invalid DL-
3. Proof of Address-
4. All USCIS Receipt Notice for both I-821 and I-765-
Get Travel document from Nepal embassy in U.S. They can issue it pretty fast.
You need photo id of any kind even the expired ones will work, i believe. Call USCIS .
