my b1/b2 visa was expired so I applied TPS and grabr couple of weeks ago and I have an EAD which is under process. Now my brother want to come USA under student visa for master in engineering so does he get any chances of rejection for visa because of I had overstay in USA?
He had secure distinction in slc, first division in diploma and 70% in bachelors from India.

I can do but my question is does they track during interview time to my brother in embassy?

Yes they will If They want which they usually do. No point in lying or hiding if they decide to ask.

Since both of you will have same name for your parents and might be same address and same properties to show...they will know for sure so no point in lying.

I agree with @basebook. I know some people with the same situation, but smaller brother/sister go the VISA. Good Luck.
