Download vlc or km player. Both will work perfect
My computer does not recognize any on E drive.
Downloaded VLC, icon is there , inserted Blu ray DVD, clicked the play bottom it does not do any thing.

Is your player blue ray? It not do not try anything else. You can download . Cannot tell you more just google it. If you can't pm me and I'll show you where to google
open VLC, click the play button -> select 'Disc' tab --> select 'Bluray' and click 'play' on that tab
Your Bluray should play now.
VLC is not for non-geeks
VLC can do whole lot of things
-record streaming video
-change video parameters and save it to diff format(brightness, contrast, rotate etc)
-stream video playback
-fixes video errors
-plays all formats available today.
-and so many others I don't know yet.
You are right: VLC is not for non-geeks.
I did followings:
Clicked the VLC Icon.Play botton and check the disk to BLuReay and play. Did not paly but but I was able to record.
Thanks for VLC information. I will try again next time when I borrow a bluray dvd.
