may be their english is poor and they were trying to be hero fabricating things and getting immunity in USA. They were acting like CIA members trying to stop bad things happening but their english is so poor that they said they are from atankabadi or may the they didn't know that u can just made up things in USA. Because of them the highway was on lockdown and thousands of money wasted sending help. They are ignorant stupid or mentally ill or may be they are refugees who wants to go back to Nepal.
