USA and other countries that give millions of aid money to Nepal should stop. Nepal has rejected the idea of freedom of religion and freedom of speech. Country is becoming more and more hostile toward minority groups, especially targeting Christians. It should be a no-go zone for Christian tourists from all around the world. It has become a dangerous place for Christians. The dominant political parties keep ranting that poor people are being lured into becoming Christians by giving them money or other things. This is completely false. The truth is Nepali so called converts believe that Christianity is a source of income. So they pretend to be Christians in hopes to get something out of missionary groups. Christians are obliged by faith to help those who are in need because of the example of Christ. They not only help those who are Christian but all those who are in need regardless of their religion. And by the way, no one can force anyone to be Christian . You cannot force anyone to believe in something that they don't want to. Proselytizing was illegal in Nepal until recently Congress passed a bill reassuring people of freedom of speech . Before that, those who attempted to tell people about Christ would be thrown into jail. Christians have done so much humanitarian work in Nepal quietly for so long. The first hospital in Kathmandu was build by Christians . Do some research about the contribution of Christians in Nepal. However, current Nepalese sentiment toward Christians has become hostile and even violent.Christians haven't broken any rules. On one hand, self proclaimed 'tolerant' Hindu fundamentalists say all religion is same, however, they lash out against and feel threatened by Christians who have not committed crimes. In addition, these same fundamentalists would not say a peep about Muslims, Buddhists, and other religions. Clearly, Nepal is not ready for tolerance or democracy.

Hope you are not dead drunk intoxicated with whatever concentrated soup of religion that you have swallowed seems to have offset your tranquil balance of brain that is narrow. Please try to dilute your religious potion with some facts and reality of life. From your expression and the impression and my interpretation it seems like you expect all humans in same religious gallows following your condescending attitude of the belief that you follow.

It's a tough argument. The perception towards spreading Christianity wouldn't change by stopping the aid, it will change by stopping the spread.

Now, do I advocate banning such "preaching" in Nepal? I absolutely don't. Every religion should have the right to spread its message freely, without imposing itself or forcing anybody. On the same token the said religion should also know that it will meet the impediments from other existing religion. Having said that, no religion should have the right to force their preaching to a group, or stop any other religion from preaching, by means of violence.

Mazzarella, I think that's one of the stupidest things I've ever heard. That kind of stupid argument is only put forth by a narrow minded religious fanatic. Why don't u also write about what Christians did to Native Americans, Jews, Africans, Iraqi civillians, Vietnamese, Afganese civillians and maybe your head will clear a little bit. I would love to hear what you have to say about that as well. But of course you only see good deeds and not bad deeds by the US huh.
Kiddo, I've been reading your similar posts as well and I can't tell for sure if u understand the issue clearly. The issue is not spreading someone's belief. The issue is with the misinformation they spread with the belief. Every religion is full of flaws as well as good stuffs. Just to nitpick bad stuffs and leaving good stuff out is misinformation. Christian missionaries do just that. They spin the culture and religion in such a way that it looks bad from many angles without fully understanding the reason behind certain beliefs and customs. But on the other hand they never can tolerate anything against their religion (Obviously I'm talking about evangelical Christians and newly converts)
I know hundreds of flaws with christian religion. Beginning with the birth of Christ. Hundreds of scholars who do believe that Jesus was real also believe in the fact that he couldn't have been born in December. Like this link here.

But obviously evangalicals have no time to study these details, they are just happy the fact that by following the savior they will be saved and tell other people that they will go to hell.
To hell with that... morons..
