hello all,
I am in need of help of experienced personnel. My story goes like this. My Asylum application got approved on last december. I filed as a married and listed my girlfriend's name as my wife. I want to file petition for her but the problem is I don't have any photographs and what I heard was there is no chance of getting visa without photos, although i got all of my marriage certificate and all the other required document. My plan was to go Nepal and marry her and applied for travel document tara 4 months vaisakyo travel document pani aayena. plz share ur ideas and suggest me guys.
