Pachi garda pani huncha. Tara tesle matra I-485 ko processing kina roknu ra. It does not take that long if everthing is normal. The only delay that might occur is if your tb testing results positive. Even in that case, you might have to go for chest xray and it might take upto 2 weeks. It's upto you. There is not a requirement that you file I-693 at the same time you file the I-485
