Any company can file for Green Card. These are the companies that have filed in the past, so are likely to be more familiar with the process.

On another note, what is the highest salary that you found that a Nepali was earning at the time of filing?

The highest salary I found for a Nepal was for a Surgeon with 410,000/yr.

For IT field, I found 161,012.8/yr.

Most people in IT seem to be paid under 100K, even in major cities - which was pretty surprising.
