I am selling newly built three story house in Itahari beside koshi highway. The house is in the hearth of city and has been rented.

I am asking 1 crore and 10 lakhs but the price will be negotiable. Serious buyer accepted.

How far is it from Itahari Bajar? Ever since I listened to the song "Itahari Bajaraima", I've always wanted to go to Itahari Bajar!

If not far from the ROTARY price is not bad because the price of the Land is very high in Itahari.

Seeing all these ads, I also got interested to know about the price of my house which is not for sale.

It rents out for around Rs 12,00,000 yearly. If I have to sell it, how much would be the asking price?

That's a lot of rental income!. Congrats brother. Maybe 5-10 crores, but these days you could price it anything but if people do not buy it, i guess it doesnt matter.

At the end of the day, the price of the house is only worth what a buyer is willing to give if you ever want to sell.

@DCGirl: You can still claim your parent's property in Nepal...and well I also have invested around 20% in that property..so technically I do have some say in it...

When they try to get married, bride side always ask how much property groom has. Sometime I feel funny whether they are trying to get married with a person or property.

ooh ya i forgot they always try to secure their life by getting married to materialisic and don't wanna make their own. Sometime I have seen them securing their life by getting married to 60 yrs old rich man when they are in their 20s.

i have no property or land in Nepal. So mero chance chai aba gaun tira ko gareeb keti khojnu parla tyahan ayera. Malai ta old hindi film style mandir mah bihe garnu mann parcha maala lagayera.
