Any body interested to sell house or land in ktm?
Again, who's 'dreaming' about owning a house in downtown area? We're talking about residential areas, no? Who would wanna live in Tripureswor, Baneswor or Lagankhel ko chowk ko ghar?
My family is looking for a house around kalanki area with a max.of 70 lacs. Any suggestions??

Sorry for being nosy in your private matter. But after reading that u earned around 3 crores after slogging in US for years, I got curious to know how many years you actually slogged to earn that sum of money. Boy if I had earned that amount of money......hmm I don't know what to say ahead..lol...

If you buy house or apartment in colony you have to pay monthly fee like Rs 10,000 + for sewer,boreing water etc like a condominium fees . Electricity no.

we have a house in putalisadak... more towards dillibazar.. right in the intersection of putalisadak and dillibazar... the house is made in 3.5 ana land... the price is 4.5crores... if you are serious about buying the house mail me at manish973@gmail.com....

Look how many people trying to property in sajha itself which is more then karod ...guys it is buyer market...do not invest 3/4 karod in 3/4 ana at this time...
3% of 1,00,00,000=3,00,000 (Minimum interest from bank)
25,000*12=3,00,000 (A good flat in Kathmandu)
Looks like I will be better off renting.
3%?. Do not some banks give 10% for FD that one can take out every month?. I plan to put at least a crore this way and live off the interest.
If you see the real estate websites like hamrobazar (sajha does not let me put links for this website, says its a foul word..lolz). you will see crore ones are mostly unsold for yonks and they keep reposting. If people were actually buying, it just takes a month to sell.
I saw one property in hamrobazar which is in Thankot....1 ropani with house...it is a big house. It has not sold for 1.2 crore for many months now.

Piller less house has no value in Nepal, it is hear say.
check my post above for location. It is a pillar system. 4 ana total 3.5 ana house I guess. This is not my property, it is my parents.

nobody is buying house these days, u will get bit cheaper beacuse of slow bussiness.
