I am going to Nepal. I have 6 months lease remaining with my current renter. If you know someone who is looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in Arlington VA in a very convenient location, please convey this message. The rent is $1200 including all utilities. It is a hard wood floor, renovated with lots of amenities in a high rise.

The rent at the same place for 1 bedroom is $1350. I got a deal and owner is very nice. The owner has not visited me once so far.

Are you leaving on first week of March? Which flight and route are you taking? Where did you buy the tickets? Do we need transit visa for Hongkong? How is Delhi airport? My fupu is going to Nepal in March too, she needs help with check in and gates. Can she come with you? Please send me an email.

My owner said whoever takes the lease, lease will be for 5 months only as I mentioned above. If you want to extend the lease it is your choice. This is the best place to live rent (includes all utilities) wise, Grocery wise ( H Mart, Target, Safeway, and many more in walking distance), and 20 mins drive to DC.

Published in craigslist this morning 2 hours ago and I got 10 responses already who want to see the place. I wanted to rent out the place to some nice nepalese as it is a very very good deal for this area. But alas! You got time till tomorrow afternoon to email me as some people are coming tomorrow to see the place.

I wouldn't be too excited about people responding to an ad posted on CL. Scammers, thugs and in worst cases, serial killers and rapists are known to be notoriously preying upon innocent victims.

Be cautious and make sure a few men are in the apt when you're showing it.

lol. I know as much about craigslist as you all know. anyway thanks for advice. Coincidence is so far all are ladies who called me.

TV for people who don't have. But selling a 47' LCD samsung for $200. That will be sold in craigslist too.
FYI, I have been using craigslist as a business place since 2008, buying and selling. 1 in millions of craigslist user may be victim.

DCgirl ekdum dhaani chan kya. I read her other thread, she has 12 ana jaga in kathmandu. She is crorepatini. I dont think it makes much of a difference to her bank balance even if she loses the bond.

My lease will be transferred to employee of French embassy. Hurray! Happy superbowl weekend.
Saw this morning in TV that the dolphin chose Ravens and Polarbear chose cake with Ravens logo. The puppies chose to eat from bowl with ravens logo. lol remembering paul the octopus
