It has been a practice by fraud Consultancies to create fake documents misrepresent their resume and apply H1B.Please sign this petition to stop

Himal boy did you just create that? You got a long way to go 99,999 more signatures required good luck with that.

You should have written that the consultancies encourage and instruct people to put fake number of years and fake experience in their resume.

are you serious... i was totally against this so called dhoti consultancies but they are the people who are helping us after we complete our graduation. i graduated and i had nothing to do.. either go to nepal or join college again. There are many brothers and sisters here who are in the same condition.. what do you think their option is? Do not be so selfish. Just coz some of us are not able to get h1b or the quota gets filled up fast doesnt mean that they are bad... they help most of us get h1 and that is a fact. if you are one of those not getting your h1b, join them. the worse that happens is they take 20-30% of ur salary as commission, but you get a job and a descent one at that. they give you training and accomodation and find you a job.

think about it...
try to keep an open mind broda....
