 I graduated (MS) last year and i have one year experience. 

How will my consultancy file under EB2 since i have only 1 year experience. Since it's in IT, it'll be hard to prove that Masters is required for the job ?

How do these people file PERM under Eb2 with someone having 1 year experience ? Any idea ?

You should ask these questions to your consultancy.

Btw, MS + 1 yr experience suffice for EB2.
