oh i can tell you one thing..its that god forbid someone got any disease or like food poisoned or anything like that there has to be a basis on which you can be help responsible..so i guess you need to register your company get a license and stuff like that..not trying to discourage you..and i live in Houston and haven't had momo since I left Nepal 4 years ago..so you have a customer already..

i don't think it would be a profitable business unless you are a stay at home wife and want to do something with your time.
you need to look at the logistics here to see if it is a feasible business without losing money.
how many Nepalese people live around your area where you can deliver.
how limited you want your menu to be so that you can limit your waste on food and speed up the delivery.
you need to go though all these different questions.

Onless you expose your food to the locals you will not  be in break even , forget about making money. How often a Nepali goes to eat Nepali food.

How about opening a full-fledged Nepali restaurant? Its weird that with so many Nepali population, we have no Nepali restaurants in this part of the country. You could make it like the Himalayan Yak, in New York (http://www.himalayanyak.com/), Ah, I miss New York.

Thank you all for commets and responses.
Considering all your commets and reponses, i decided to open a Nepali Restaurant in Houston, Around Hillcroft Area. I am consulting from local indian restaurant owner now and doing some business analysis. I am thinking of opening after 2-3 months.
Thanks Guys
